We got upgraded to a renovated suite, when we only booked for a double room. Lovely large room, our toddler enjoyed the larger open space.

We stayed in an un-renovated room, however this was made up by the concierge service. Our airline lost one of our luggage, as we don't speak Japanese, the concierge was very helpful in contacting the airport to chase up the incident.
