Hilton Kensington Hotel London Reviews

Close to Shepherd's Bush station, easy access to London main sites. Westfield shopping centre is close by (walking distance) and many nice restaurants near the Westfield. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good hotel and will stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Kensington. Excellent location! Breakfast buffet had good variety of spread and choices. Hotel was about 2-3mins. walk to Shepherd's Bush station, beside the shopping mall that offered free wi-fi :) Bus stop right outside the hotel. Concierge staff were very helpful in booking our tours (morning pick-up at the hotel offered by tour operators). Would definitely stay again at this hotel and recommend to friends.

Very good location and excellent service, breakfast fine. One of the best hotels I've stayed in London. I really can recommend this hotel.

We stayed three nights at this hotel when we visited London. The hotel room is small for me and my wife together with our daughter. Although we were promised, when we checked-in, that an extra bed would be prepared for our daughter, it was however not done when we came back after a walk. We felt too that the hotel conciere was not very willing to answer to our questions. A feeling that they are tired of the samt questions or that they are tired of their jobs! The positive part of this hotel is the location. It is very near Westfield (the new shopping mall) with lots to eat and shop and just 5 minutes to the underground. We are members of HHonour and we have stayed in better Hiltons before.
