We found this hotel to meet or exceed our expectations. It is located near the JR Yamanote line, and within walking distance from the Ueno station. All in all was very pleased with the price and the level of services which included a breakfast buffet. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. If you don't mind a very firm bed, this is a great hotel.

this hotel was ok. small room but clean and service ok. not sure if i would use again but was reasonable with everything
