Guest comments	The outstanding feature of The Menzies Hotel is the service. The staff were always willing,smiling and polite. Particular mention is due to Andrew, the Head Concierge and his staff who helped with very useful local information and advice. The location of the hotel is very central, right opposite Wynard Station where there is a great selection of useful outlets for tourists,dry cleaners,shoe repair shops,barber shops and fast food outlets.The spacious lobby and it's cafe is a great place to relax after a day of sighting A couple of downsides: the lobby cafe and Sporters Bar are closed on Sundays. The bathrooms are now dated. There was no writing paper in the desk in the room.
