Guest comments	The hotel is conveniently situated to all the sights in Melbourne. There are also many fine restaurants close to the hotel. A nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Guest comments	Reception staff great and very helpful. the room could have been a little bit cleaner and servicing of the room needs to improve. We had a great weekend and would stay at this hotel again.
