The Arcadia Hotel is a bit rundown and not in the best part of town, but the price was very cheap and there was parking available in the adjoining multi-story car park and a small shopping mall also connected. Acceptable for short visits.

I found the hotel staff very courteous and obliging, and the free drop-off, pick up service in Praetoria very conveniant. The only drawback is the safety considerations in the vicinity of the hotel after dark, but I believe this applies over much of South Africa.
