Guest comments	I asked for a smoking room and was given a non-smoking room The room could use a make-over The breakfast buffet lacked variety The staff were friendly and efficient Room service was quick Check-in and check-out were both handled well

Guest comments	hotel located in the arab quarter, not the cleanest looking of hotels a bit depressing [needs a fresh lick of paint in a brighter colour] woke up 1 morning someone kicking my door to which security could not get to as quickly as they should have not happy at all booked out early
