| Guest comments | The Chinese restaurant food was not great. The order in which the dishes came was confusing as we were given our rice last. Iced water was a dilemna to order but eventually was fine. Lovely hotel...staff very helpful but maybe there could be a few brochures of places to visit and shop for the tourist in other languages available on request. Enjoyed first experience in Shenzhen and will be back to this hotel. Thanks | ||
