Guest comments	This hotel is no longer the good value it used to be, although it does include parking which makes it attractive for regional visitors. Rooms vary but most are spacious; some have intrusive outside and traffic noise.

Guest comments	Rooms are good but bathrooms very small. Restaurant is only average and we ate out most of the time. Personnel are friendly and helpful.

Guest comments	The smoking area around the pool created smoke drifting into no smoking rooms and generated a lot of noise into the late hours. Smoking needs to be relocated and a curfew placed on the pool & surrounds to stop noise, possibly 10:30pm cut off(not 1:00 to 2:00am)
