Guest comments	Air conditioning unit was noisy so we asked to move our room which was granted. Breakfast staff are a little unfriendly. Fruit juice is made with powder. In general hotel is a little tired and rooms need updating. Laminate floors in rooms have been badly done. Location is 8 blocks from main Providencia shops and bars - a bit too far for some perhaps. Reception staff were efficient and courteous. Pool area looks good but is very shady and pool is cool and had leaves in it.
