Guest comments	The hotel and staff were very nice. The only problem was the food was not that good. For the price you will receive small portions and what I consider to be sub par quality. Breakfast buffet is fine, much like any other Brazilian hotel. suggest not eating dinner at the hotel though.

Guest comments	When we arrived, they were unable to find our reservation but this was sorted with courtesy, could perhaps have offered complimentary coffees while we were waiting. However, with limited English, all the staff were as helpful as possible and we would certainly recommend/use again.
