Guest comments	The most fantastic thing about the Cape Heritage Hotel was the warm and genuine reception which carried over into the best service I have encountered anywhere in the world. The facilities are first class and I would reccommend to anyone staying in Cape Town.

Guest comments	Lovely historic hotel with beatutifully appointed rooms. Well situated for downtown, the conference centre and the harbour area. Safe, inexpensive parking. Includes a great breakfast and free Wi Fi. The best part of this hotel are the staff who make you feel special from the time you arrive. They are friendly, cheerful and attentive and look after you in a way that makes you feel like you are staying in someone's home rather than a hotel.
