Guest comments	Great hotel, but not much English is spoken. We had trouble making spa reservations, communicating with wait staff, etc. If you speak some Mandarin, it's fine. The front desk staff and bell boy staff spoke enough to help us give directions to taxis. Our room was beautiful and relatively cheap; great location near Forbidden City and subway stop. The food was good, elevators are fast. We have no regrets.

Guest comments	The only drawback about the room - the water switch in the bath was not completely in order, but with a separate shower in addition to the bath this was not really a big prob.

Guest comments	Stayed here twice , good location and walking distance to forbidden city etc. Helpful staff. Rooms are ok. Swimming Pool and Sauna are ok.
