Guest comments	First impressions were very positive - the place is picture perfect and has all the comforts of a good hotel. We did however find a few faults. The service was haughty and verging on sullen - certainly not friendly. The restaurant service was quite bad - very slow, reluctant and unresponsive to requests. The food wasn't anything to write home about either. Also, since the hotel is not in town, you need to get a taxi if you want to go anywhere. The taxis provided for us by the hotel were obscenely and unapologetically overpriced. At time of booking we thought our airport pick-up was complementary, but at check-out we learned that it cost something in the range of $50. This is double the amount we paid on the way back for an independent taxi. In such a spiritually awakening setting as the Sacred Valley we would probably look for something with a little more 'heart & soul' next time.
