Eventhough I closed my door to the room, I could hear the elevator bell all night. People talking loudly in the halls all night. At check out it was very unorganised and not friendly reception staff. But the location is good.

the staff are very accomodating, they automatically upgraded our room upon check in. The buffet breakfast is also good compared to other hotels of the same ranking. Will appreciate though if they could schedule more frequent shuttle bus service to and from the hotel and the ferry terminal.

The hotel location very close to the ferry terminal, close to one of the shopping center as well.
The staffs are very friendly, especially the doorman, they knows all about the city and gave u suggestions. the staffs in the breakfast restaurant also very friendly.
i will definitely come back to stay.
