Guest comments	The reception staff were very pleasant. The room was very clean, but there was no soap in the room on arrival. The location was very handy for me.

Guest comments	Got there late in the day. Had a room on 7th floor very noisy with pool machinery. Night manager moved at SPEED to find us a quiet room, and one bigger than the original as well. Mightily impressive. ALL the staff were just great - friendly and cheerful. Will stay there again when we visit, no question. Perhaps by then there will be both lifts working!
