Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. If you use Google earth to find the location it is incorrect. Use the Hotel location map. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the Ueno train station. We took the Skyline train from Narita Airport to Ueno Staion which saves having to change trains. You need to book your seat on the Skyline and there is plenty of room for luggage. Really enjoyed Japan and food was cheap provided you ate with the locals.

A nice little hotel near Ueno station. Reasonably priced and good service. Free internet. The room is a bit small but, with its good and quiet location near Ueno park, we will definitely stay here again!
