| Guest comments | I have been travelling quite often in many Southern African Countries and I would say that for value for your money City Lodge Sandton ranks very high! I stayed for three nights and the room was always neat and clean. The hot buffet breakfast was also great! | ||

| Guest comments | Stayed two nights, the room was very good with plenty of space. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC but otherwise every thing was OK. Plenty of security and a great restaurant next door (in the grounds). Easy to get to Mandela Square (5mins in taxi) 500 rand £3.50. Would we stay there again, yes! already making plans for next year. We stayed in three City lodges on our trip, all of them being really good with an excellent breakfast. | ||

| Guest comments | The location is extremely convenient and has ample, safe parking. The staff are welcoming and helpful. As with all SA hotels, you have to pay per person, not per room, which makes it quite expensive compared to a comparable US hotel. Good full breakfast buffet, vending machines and a bar which is open in the afternoons. There is a restaurant ajoining the hotel which is only average but its only a walk and it is safe. I would recommend this hotel. | ||
