Guest comments	The facilities are very good. THe staff are very polite and friendly, though not always very organised. It is an extremely child-friendly hotel. However I would not give it a five star.

Guest comments	Although we have minor complaints that the food was sometimes not to standard or could be cold, we would have no hesitation in staying there again. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room service was excellent.
