Guest comments	Very family orientated. Obviously the quiet season so not the best of facilities. pool needs a good clean !!!

Guest comments	David the Manager was informed and helpful - a couple of the Reception staff (non-confident in role?) did not know how to advise us re the use THEIR phone system to allow us to make international calls from the hotel room. Had little knowledge of local services for travellers eg banks, post office, supermarkets etc. Everything was "cool" - no matter how(obviously)apparent things were not.

Guest comments	Exceptional Service and nice spacious rooms - they really did make Christmas Very Special - it was a big gamble and it paid of really well. The hotel is not in the heart of town, but the closest to the ski fields which was just super. The warm and friendly service excouraged guests to interact and the staff need a BIG BIG commendation for delivring a spectacular service.
