We almost have to pay for the mini bar missing item, it's good for hotel to do proper check before any guest check in next time.

A very accessible hotel with good service and merely minutes away from the Petronas Towers. Only thing that let it down was the lack of Internet access in the rooms as stated. Floors up to 10 had no access. However I would stay here again as the service was very good and i found the staff to be quite helpful.
