The Country Comfort Greenway is ideally situated adjacent to the Town Centre Sports Club and within walking distance are extensive sporting, shopping and recreational facilities. The Tuggeranong Valley offers a wealth of local attractions including golf at the Murrumbidgee Country Club and picturesque BBQ and picnic areas at the Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve.

Guest comments	I was very dissappointed with the breakfast on offer. Normally for this price I receive a lot better in the products available and the variety of foods on offer.

Guest comments	Adjoins Tuggeranong Vikings Club (quiet, though) with tennis courts for the sports minded; close to town center and 2 blocks from the aquatic and leisure centre. Good value breakfast options.
