Great hotel, staff were excellent with out being over the top. Great swimming pool and breakfast. Soi 24 is a nice street, only problem is the hotel is at the wrong end of it which can be an annoyance at the end of a hot day in Bangkok. Other than that, the property and staff are both great and I would stay there again.

was disappointing to be charged 299bht. for hour of internet use in hotel, most hotels in Bangkok supply this service free
Soi 24 is very difficult to get up and down during normal hours with the only real alternative being a bhart bike (OK for me) but would not suit all, and not all taxis wanted to go to that part of Bangkok.
