Very good location with convenient nearby transport (subway & taxi), near shopping streets & lots of restaurants opened till very late. Bed is very comfortable, had a very good sleep after a long day sightseeing at Windows of the World & Splendid China. Room well-maintained, all facilities in good working order. Staff were very polite, friendly & helpful. Housekeeping maid on the floor smiles and greet you as you walk to the lift. Will stay in this hotel again when in Shenzhen.

Great room (big and really clean with new bathroom) and great location - right next to a pedestrianized shopping centre which has everything you could need (even a ParknShop supermarket). The food in the Western restaurant was also very good. Overall, one of the best value hotels I have stayed in. The only negative thing I can think of is that the room wasn't that well sound proofed although the background noise was not so bad as to stop us falling asleep.
