| Guest comments | Good location unfortunately parking is valet only and a bit expensive. Ordered dinner in room one night only really didnt enjoy it. Probably wouldnt stay again there are better places to stay in Perth in the same price bracket. | ||

| Guest comments | The duxton is a very outdated hotel, the rooms are small and very dull. Old floral bed spreads and very dull paint. The delux room was extremely small. I Was very dissapointed with the fact that we had to stand and wait 25 minutes for our valet parking in the morning when trying to leave (which we had to pay around $30 for) | ||
