Guest comments	For a hotel hyping Best Western management, the hotel is not worth the value of money. The hotel is not in the best of locations, being at the end of a lane. The staff behavior is okay by Bangkok standards. For the suite rooms, the king size bed sizes are small for somebody planning to visit with family (adults and small kids in one room). Breakfast spread could be improved, should we consider competing hotels in better locations. Overall suggestion: You can find a better hotel by paying as much in Bangkok.

Guest comments	sorry for saying that The Elegance suites bangkok transfered me to another hotel on the day of my arrival the reason was "the hotel is fully booked" so it was so risky to reach the hotel i booked throught your site and to find out that no place is available. Kindly reply to my comment in order to regain confidence and to make future bookings through you.
