Guest comments	A very beautiful hotel but with very disappointing service. Since the hotel is in the process of getting new management (Le Meridian), the service is slow and inconsistant. Hopefully when Le Meridian takes over the management of the hotel, then Fortune Ummad will be a truely 5 star hotel.

Guest comments	I stayed this hotel with my parents. Triple room is twin room plus extra bed. Hotel itself is quite good, but the location is very far from the city, which is located around 15 km east side from the airport. It's difficult for go out and come back easily.
