I have stayed before. The hotel is a good deal, but the neighbourhood (apart from the Casino) is really poor for tourists, and does not seem to improve. I had to really search for an internet shop. The phone shop opposite was really good. Previously I was content to taxi from there to Thamel. However this visit the transport situation in KTM is worse. Long petrol queues.

The pool was very dirty, the hotel told us we would have a triple room when in fact they only have doubles, there is a 10% service charge on all room sevice even though it is stated other wise in the room sevice menus the jacuzzi was never available for use as was the baby sitting service as the sauna.... very dissapointing, are a/c broke down and we had to shift rooms....... apart from that the staff where very curtious and friendly and the rooms where quiet and cozy although much smaller than we expected......
