Very friendly staff that will help you in any way they can. The room was clean. The bathroom was very small and it was hard to take a shower without the whole bathroom getting wet. It's very close to the metro and only two stops from Tokyo station. And the electric city is just a few blocks away. So it's a great location!

A very nice hotel provding excellent value for money. One point to be aware of, the rooms are small. They may not be suitable for everyone.
