Guest comments	Hotel well situated at less that 100 m to Sky tower and 400 to downtown. It is a very nice hotel, very warm in the decoration. The overall service is good, the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I've got some problem with the room service, my room has not been done on day and the day after, I have to call twice the room service before to have it done. The hotel is very nice, but I advice customer who are looking for modern equipment (CD, washing machine...) to take a room at the tower building.

Guest comments	My husband and I shared a 2 bedroom 'apartment' with his Mum and it was just perfect for our needs and a very convenient location.
