Guest comments	Hotel clean but a bit tired, good location, within walking distance to chinatown etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Could do with the restaurant up and running. Our air conditioning broke down, and they gave us the option to move apartments. All in all a pleasant place to stay

Guest comments	We were positioned next to the lifts and found them very noisy and disturbing at night. Also, all fittings in bathroom were badly installed. Toilet roll holder continually fell off the wall, soap holder in shower tipped over, bath taps were badly positioned for safety, plug in sink did not work, etc. Also (a minor quibble, but) shampoo, conditioner, etc were of a brand which made it very difficult to get them out of their containers, particularly with wet hands. On the positive side - great location; laundry facilities were very good; staff helpful.
