Guest comments	This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The new Pavilion shopping centre has just opened over the road - absolutley state of the art shopping on the doorstep. Staff and service were both impressive..the only down point would be the hot breakfast which you order at your table - bizarrely it arrives lukewarm regardless of what you order- however the cold buffet is good and the croissants are worth a mention. We'll be staying there again. Great value.
