| Guest comments | I know I paid economy rates but I was surprised how basic the facilities were, I have had better at youth hostels. However the staff were friendly if a little negative when asked for help. Everywhere above eye level was covered in dust and in some places cobwebs. The hot water was barely hot and there were no facilties to make a cuppa, no irons, no tissues. The best thing about the place was the location - central to everything. | ||

| Guest comments | A well located clean cheap hotel. The room was basic with no frills. Ideal location for train travel with Southern Cross Station a block away. | ||

| Guest comments | As expected for the price, the basic rooms are just that, basic. Hotel is clean, bathrooms need renovation. If you're on a budget, this is one step above a backpacker's. | ||
