Guest comments	The hotel is right up the top of Willis Street; quite a way from the C.B.D.. I guess it helped us keep fit.

Guest comments	I was very surprised that a good quality hotel would only have one teaspoon in a double room and two pillows. The coffee was not replenished overnight. The gym and swimming pool were open to the public (by membership) and that was offputting. No view and being stuck next to the lift - I was very disappointed. The check in time of 4pm seems pretty archaic.

Guest comments	No wardrobe, only a standing coathanger device. Restaurant very average quality. Handy hotel but not quite up to the standard expected.
