the hotel is brand new, some of the gym facilities were not yet finished (oct 07). the rooms (self contained with kitchen) were very clean and modern. the staff were very friendly. the location is right on the beach, a 10min walk to le meridien, or bais de citrons.

the rooms were extremely tidy and new. Full kitchen facilities which were great considering the cost of food in Noumea. They are located across the road from the main beach with all rooms looking onto the ocean. Pool is a little small but not bad. It is more of a apartment style not resort - cant get drinks/food around pool after 2pm. The front is still being constructed so a little noisy some mornings with work. Not alot open around the area yet but I would definately say that this hotel is excellent value for money over all others as we did go check them out. The hotel is brand new so the rooms are immaculate. Good place to stay before heading off to one of the islands 10/10 over all other accomodation in Noumea for location, price and cleanliness. Staff were good no problems with communication or getting needs met - however no pool towels available!
