Guest comments	Spacious and well equipped room but quite a walk to reception down endless corridors. Well located for lake front and spa but a fair way to the town centre and restaurants. Bar area was light and airy with views towards the lake.

Guest comments	Located adjacent to the lake in pleasant surroundings and within 5 mins walk of the centre of Rotorua. Excellent standard and the room was a good size. Although the hotel was full there was little or no noise during our stay.
