My experience at the landmark was enhanced by the hospitable and helpful front desk people. I would like them to improve their personnel at the coffee shop because they could hardly understand english. I also wish they would enforce the smoking ban in elevators. I twice rode with arrogant smokers who pollute the little space in the elevator.
My commendation for the room's cleanliness, upkeep and comfort.
