Guest comments	The hotel was fully booked when we checked in and we were upgraded to a two-room apartment with a kitchenette. There was nothing in the fridge and having arrived so late in the night, we couldn't get much food except for fried snacks. There was no mineral water either so we had to put the kettle on to boil water. We would have preferred a simple room with a stocked-up fridge.

Guest comments	This hotel is not comfortable as there is no in room internet survice and in room dinning need to pay by cash (can not charge to bill room and pay when check out. Lobby is located on 9th floor. need to connect from ground floor by lift. Door key card was always malfunction. Need to go to lobby and update the key.
