| Guest comments | Rooms on the front of this hotel are exceptionally noisy - every night of the week, due to tram lines outside, and a lot of noisy bars (think 'Eye of the Tiger' at 1:00am). Staff are for the most part friendly and pleasant, and the rooms are clean and nicely refurbished. There were a few niggles - towels left damp in a heap even after the room was serviced, and the breakfast at the adjoining cafe was poor value for money, but it's a nice hotel (and has a great little hidden terrace on the 4th floor where I enjoyed some wine with friends!) | ||

| Guest comments | Hotel was reasonable value and the restaurant downstairs was good food and good value for dinner. I would stay there again. | ||
