This is the second visit to this hotel having been there 1 year before. I was very pleased that the hotel staff remembered me. Also the room that i had booked was not available due to refurbishment and I was upgraded to an apartment, it was a really pleasant stay and a good place to unwind after a 15 hour flight from UK.

last time i been there , i said ( all i can say, i was happy been there) and now i was there again i am saying the same because of the all the staff starting from front desk and secuity and cleaning all are kind and they did their best to keep the guests happy during his/her stay, i will go same hotel every time i am planning to visit manila, i can recommended it to anyone in general.
