Guest comments	Location is this hote's only saving grace. Newly renovated lobby gives the impression of a 4-5 star hotel, but the room itself has very old furnishings and is in original (and old) condition. I was amazed to find that the air conditioning temperature could not be varied, and we had to request a heater! Staff at the front desk were extremely rude. This hotel is most definitely over-rated as a 4 star, a 3-star rating is more suitable. Do your research, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that will live up to their 4-star rating.

Guest comments	It is a pity we can not use internet for a normal price as if it was a luxuary service. Nevertheless, it costs nothing to use internet in a Pacific Place or starbuck cafe located half a minute from the hotel. Alain, Paris
