Guest comments	The Movenpick Nabatean is about 5 miles outside of town. While the view from the very small balcony is nice, you have to call a taxi to go anywhere. The water pressure in the rooms are so bad the commodes will not flush and the shower will not work during different times of the day. The A/C in our room never worked. The maintenance people did not know how to fix it and the hotel refused to move us to a different room. We highly recommend staying at the Movenpick downtown, it is across the street from the Petra National Park.

Guest comments	Fascinating view and great service. The dining room staff were extremely helpful and nice, the reception staff were a little less attentive though (but were still very nice.) There was a shuttle between this location and the other Moevenpick right at the entrance of Petra, which was really helpful since I loved the scenery at the Nabatean Castle location but it was a bit far from Petra, so the shuttle service was the perfect solution. Sunset scene and the surrounding mountains are just gorgeous, I definately recommend this hotel.

Guest comments	The only problem that we encountered was that the rooms were not ready. The staff suggested we leave the bags and that they would be moved to the room for us. Two of us got rooms shortly after but the third person did not and chose to leave bags as suggested. Upon returning to the hotel 5 hours later, the bags were still standing in the same place, unattended and not in a secure area, or in the room as told they would be once the room had become vacant. They had problems with the water later in the evening and did mangage to sort it out eventually. Nice hotel and food was fine. They helped us to negotiate a good price at the Movenpick Dead Sea which was our next port of call, and would definately recommend it for last night of pampering.
