Guest comments	Found the hotel to be excellent in every way particularly the location which is A plus. Couldn't be in a better position. Staff always attempted to assist even though English was sometimes difficult but did not cause any real problem. Only slightly disappointing thing was that pool was out of action at time of visit. Breakfasts superb.

Guest comments	A pleasant stay in a well located hotel was overshadowed by rude staff in the restaurant, food under cooked, and a system that you had to pay for every service and not sign even though I had given my credit card at check-in to cover costs over and above the room charges.
