Guest comments	Truly incredible service, and a lovely room. The only thing lacking is better internet amenities (one booth without a seat). Was surprised to have a really outstanding prix fixe meal at their French restaurant, Le Grand Chariot. Small portions were perfect for a small eater but otherwise there were options with more courses. A lovely hotel.

Guest comments	A very decent hotel with the all quality of service and facilities which you would expect at this good (but not quite luxury) level. No complaints whatsoever.
