Guest comments	This Hotel is in a noisy and dirty location. The buffet breakfast was horrible and the breakfast area was over crowded, under resourced and very noisy. Not a relaxing place to stay. Very bad in comparison to other hotels in the same price range.

Guest comments	I had been staying in this hotel whenever I come to Kuala Lumpur since 6 years back and now I feel that their facilities are getting less maintained as compared to the past. Malfunctioning phone (although they got it fixed after repeated requests), water heater that do not really heat up water much and dirty thermal flask.
