| Guest comments | It is the first time we have stayed here. My initial reaction on arriving on the 1st floor to book in was "OMG" this place is pretty dirty. I was amazed at the dirty stained carpets and there were childrens toys laying around near the reservation desk. I was pretty shocked!! First impression is usually lasting impression. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We stayed on the 6th floor. The passage ways and the carpets around the lift areas were a disgrace and they stayed that way for about 2-3 days. By the middle of the week the carpets had finallty been vacuumed. On the other hand, our rooms were nice and clean and very roomy. The only complaint I would have about the room is that you should catch up with the times and have KING SIZE beds. Fot that reason I probably would stay somewhere else next time. The location was fantastic and the service was very good. We enjoyed out evening drinks at the bar each night enjoying the views. Overall we enjoyed our stay. | ||
