Guest comments	This hotel is in urgent need of an overhall. Walls are marked, carpets,curtains & windows are dirty. Reception staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are awful!

Guest comments	The only thing I would question is the $35 charge per day for parking. This is the first hotel I have stayed at any where in the world where I have been charged for parking at the facility.
