Guest comments	The place is run down. The cot that was provided was not very good and over priced. They took money out of my credit card for no reason, then it took 4-5 days for it to be returned. There was nowhere to get food, the coffee shop turned itself into a pub and wouldn't even serve us a coffee? Not impressed with this place, will never stay here again.

Guest comments	Position is great and apartments are spacious, however they are not well supplied or maintained. Kitchen facilities were below par as were linen service and front desk staff provided the minimum of assistance when approached. Probably will look at other accomodation options in future.

Guest comments	The hotel has well laid out rooms with plenty of room, but there is a need for some maintenance. The lifts are very slow. Cleaning of rooms was not consistent.
