Guest comments	Our room leaked and were not moved to anoter room as was promised. Our deposit of $200 was not voluntariy refunded to us. We had to remind reception of it.

Guest comments	Some difficulty was experienced in contacting Reception regarding a faulty television. Once contact was made the fault was corrected in quick time.
