The carpet was very dirty in our room.

No spare space in fridge for our use..this is essential when on holiday. Thank you...we did enjoy our stay.

Short walk from Station, near entrance to Doton-bori. Unfortunately, walked past hotel twice. The English sign is extremely small, placed low on building but is the only negative to the hotel.
Within walking distance of night lights, eating places, etc.
Staff had some English and were most obliging with any requests.
Cleanliness, service and location was excellent.
